  2. Has basic knowledge in the use of computer applications (e.g. MS Office operations, etc.)
  3. Can provide prompt and quality service in response to the needs of the University's internal and external clients
  4. Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, professional and courteous in dealing with clients and co-workers
  5. Proficient in oral and written (concise, clear, and comprehensive) communication
  6. Can work with minimal supervision

  6. Certificate of attendance to relevant formal or non-formal training courses, seminars and HRD interventions attended or from the point of the last promotion.
  7. Certificate of employment issued by HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
  8. Certificate of performance rating obtained in the last rating period of current or last employment or Certification of GWA for fresh graduates;
  9. Certification of Awards/Citation/Commendation (has not been credited for last promotion) and Innovations/System Improvements
