Eligibility:    Career Service (Sub-Professional) / (First Level Eligibility)
Competency (If applicable):        At least 1 year of library work; good in written and oral communication
Place of Assignment:    University Library, UPV, Miagao Campus

  3. Photocopy of Career Service Eligibility issued by the Civil Service Commission
  4. Certificate of Employment issued by the HRMU or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job)
  5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (July to December 2021 and January to June 2022)
  6. Certificate of attendance to trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (October 2017 to October 2022)
  7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical incidents)
